Can I place multiple orders and still get the discount?
The total of each individual order must be a minimum of $200.00, must each must be placed by June 30th 2010 and paid in full to get discount.
Why is the total its asking me to pay is a higher amount than my cart shows?
Taxes are not included in the prices shown in the small shopping cart window. If you open up the shopping cart, you can see your total due with the voucher discount applied, as well as the applicable taxes.
Can I pay for books with a credit card even if I don’t have a PayPal account?
YES! You can choose the “Pay via Paypal Option” and then opt to just enter your credit card information (the information is secured).
Can I send my Wishlist out to family and friends?
YES! You can email your wishlist to them, and they will be brought right to your cart to add and pay for items!
Why will I be charged a restocking fee for cancelling my order?
A 12% restocking fee will be charged if a customer places an order and then cancels it because Homeschool Heaven incurs both the cost of buying the special ordered items as well as the cost of shipping them back to the distribution center if they are no longer wanted, thus losing both time and money ordering books that are not purchased.
If I put items in my cart and log out, will they still be there later?
YES! Once you have set up an account and logged in, items are saved in your cart when you log out. They will remain there until items are either removed or purchased.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card?
No! You may choose to pay with a credit card through the Paypal site without having a PayPal account.
If I place an order but I don't pay the downpayment, will my books still be ordered?
Homeschool Heaven will make every attempt to get all the books needed for PACES customers. However, some books are more difficult to get than others, and Homeschool Heaven does not guarentee that they will be able to acquire all the books for orders that are not placed with at least a 35% downpayment by June 30th.
What if I order books and then PACES changes the book list?
That NEVER happens! LOL! Homeschool Heaven will cheerfully refund or exchange any new items purchased as long as they are still in NEW condition when returned. If in doubt, refrain from opening items or putting your names in them until you are sure the class will make and the books are correct.
How does the Payment Plan work?
A three-installment payment plan is available to all PACES families. A 35% downpayment is due at the time the order is placed in order to process it and get your books in. A second payment of 35% will be due on July 16th, and the final payment of 30% is due on August 2nd. Payments can be in greater amounts and paid in advance of the deadlines, but these are the minimum requirements. No discounts are available on the payment plan, and books will not be released until they are paid for in full. Preferred method of payment is via credit card through Paypal. Why does Homeschool Heaven have a June 30th Deadline?
This year, all orders received and paid for by June 30th 2010 will be processed and all books ordered will be provided by Homeschool Heaven, even if we make no margin on some of them. We believe in PACES and our heart is to serve PACES families. Some of these books are only available used, some are only available from single publishers, and others are very difficult to find or take a LONG time to get orders processed for them. We need the lead time to ensure that we can get enough copies of the books for everyone that needs them. This year, we are even placing bulk orders for items such as the All About Spelling (that we get zero magin on) just to make it easier on PACES families to get everything all in one place. It's a LOT of work, but we think you're worth it! Please let us know as soon as possible what you will need for next year, and if you'll help us by meeting the deadlines, we'll help you by getting all your books!
What happens after I choose the Paypal Payment button?
You will be securely taken to the Paypal site where you can choose to pay for your total purchase via your Paypal account, or by credit card. The Paypal screen will give you a very nice, itemized printable receipt after your paypal payment has been made.
What happens after I choose the Payment Plan button?
You will be asked to confirm your order, and then the screen will say:
